Joy Global is aware of a current scam involving fraudulent emails offering work-from-home jobs through our company. These emails are being sent from what appears to be a Joy Global email address; however, they are part of a scam and do not come from our company.

  • If you receive an email offering a work-from-home position, delete the email and do not respond.
  • If you have already corresponded with a phony recruiter and received a check in the mail, do not cash it and instead notify the U.S. Postal Inspection Service (https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/).
  • If you have lost money due to fraud, contact your local authorities and report it to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx)
